Artists associated with Durham’s 2011 Full Frame Documentary Film Festival are the subject of two episodes of DocTalk, a weekly, 30-minute original series on the Documentary Channel.
On Friday, July 15, DocTalk features interviews with Andrew Rossi (Page One: Inside the New York Times), Academy Award® nominee Marshall Curry (If a Tree Falls: A Story of the Earth Liberation Front), Jesper Wachtmeister (Test Site) and Constance Marks (Being Elmo: A Puppeteer’s Journey).
The Friday, July 29, episode of DocTalk includes interviews with director and Full Frame founder Nancy Buirski (The Loving Story), Academy Award® winner Alex Gibney (Magic Trip), Michael McSweeney (Sound Underground), and Academy Award® nominee Steve James, Alex Kotlowitz and Ameena Matthews (The Interrupters). All interviews took place in Durham during the April 2011 Full Frame Festival.
