The Southern Entrepreneurship in the Arts Conference will be held on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 in Greensboro.
The focus of S.E.A. is on the business of art. The conference was created with the idea that more artists will succeed if they have business skills, knowledge, resources, and contacts. Through the artist-led conference S.E.A. helps artists turn their passion into a living. S.E.A. is for emerging and mid-career artists, and creative professionals, as well as college and serious high school students.
Their theme this year is “Connect, Collaborate and Create” and all types of entrepreneurs can learn from the conference, whether they work in the arts or not. Speakers at the conference feature many highly successful creative professionals including:

Registration is $60 ($40 for students) and includes all sessions, breakfast, lunch and an afternoon reception co-sponsored by Natty Greene’s Brewing Company.
